Hey there… welcome to The Globetrotter Collective! We are Evonne & Darren, husband-and-wife wedding photographers by day, and world travelers + wildlife conservationists any time in between! We are blessed that our wedding clients have taken us to exotic destinations such as Bali, Barbados, Cabo San Lucas, Paris… and we have also lived in beautiful Hawaii (both Maui and Oahu) for almost 7 years. Although our home base now is in San Francisco, California, we still travel often and have visited a total of 50 countries and counting!
Here at The Globetrotter Collective, we want to inspire you to go see the world, experience different food + cultures and meet new friends along the way. We also share travel tips, advice and insights on our blog… and if you love our images and want to support a good cause at the same time, please visit our print shop and purchase some prints for your home or office. 20% of all sales from our print shop are donated directly to our conservation partners!
Speaking of our images, we photograph mostly with our medium format film camera: Contax 645, and the 35mm film camera: Canon 1V because we just love the color and texture of film that we can’t fully replicate with a digital camera. However for convenience, we do sometimes shoot with our Canon 5D Mark III and Fuji X-E2 digital cameras.
We hope you enjoy our site and especially our photos! You can get in touch with us by email at hello@theglobetrottercollective.com or CLICK HERE to go to our Contact page.
“Just over a week into our trip and we wonder how we have changed, if at all. Certainly, the experiences we have had and things we have seen have shaped us in someway. Maybe it will not be seen for a number of years. This adventure isn’t about change but it seems to be an inevitability.”
